  • IEEE Xplore – What’s new, tips & tricks session

    The IEEE will be hosting an IEEE Xplore session at the Bay Library on Tuesday 3rd November  2015. The session will provide an overview of the IEEE Xplore platform, including search tips and tricks, what’s new, personalisation options and much more.

    During the live demonstration, participants will learn about:

    • Finding articles you need quickly and easily
    • Advanced search options
    • Personalisation options
    • Searching by author affiliation/country
    • How to use IEEE Xplore as a placement/job hunting tool
    • New content and features recently added
    • IEEE – How to get published
    • And more

    Who should attend:

    • Engineering, Computing and Technology students (in particular Masters and PhD level)
    • Researchers
    • Academic staff in the areas of Engineering, Computing and Technology
    • And any other people interested in getting the most out of IEEE Xplore
